Staley Electric is blessed to have had the opportunity to partner with Arkansas Children’s Hospital on several projects.  Some of these projects include: the Teen Room, the Chapel, the Arkansas Children’s Hospital Operation Center, the Angel One Transport Helipad and the Magnetoencephalography (MEG) Imaging Area.

We always love working on a project that builds community. We had the opportunity to complete the electrical work at the brand new Palestine Wheatley High School. Not only is it an investment in the present community, but as children in the area get to come together to receive education, practice activities, and compete in sports, we’re excited that it’s an investment for the future too, as they learn and build lifelong skills.

We are so blessed to be able to help this wonderful organization!  The mission of Our House is to empower homeless and near-homeless families and individuals to succeed in the workforce, in school, and in life through hard work, wise decision-making, and active participation in the community. Some of the work included:

– Cleaning and reorganizing sheds
– Putting together shelving
– Doing a deep clean of the Children’s Area
– Going to the Our House Resale Store in North Little Rock for a utility closet cleanout

We have been extremely fortunate to be able to help Ferncliff Camp & Conference Center with some items around their campus!  Ferncliff is more than a camp, it is a center of mission and ministry focused on creating a positive difference in the world. Some of the items our team have been able to help with include:

– Building the fencing around the wood furnace that heats the ECO Center
– Putting down mulch in an area called “The Square”
– Building a ramp to provide handicap access to the Lake for Ferncliff guests
– Putting up a roof, hanging a door, and doing all the outside trim at the Kid’s Playfield Storage Area
– Mounted a big generator on a trailer
– Rebuilt a deck that had rotted out
– Reworked the electrical to the dishwasher in the dining hall
– Repaired some plumbing leaks
– Mowed & took out weeds in several areas
– Cleaned the Pool
– Mulched & reset the Picnic Area
– Tore down the RTV & repaired

One of our Core Values at Staley Electric is Stewards.  We want to give back for all of the blessings God has given us.  We are grateful for the opportunity to help out Fresh2You Market. Fresh 2 You Mobile Market is a non-profit mobile food distribution program in the city of Little Rock, AR. Our mission is to provide fresh produce, dairy, meat, and grains to people living in food insecurity. Food deserts are areas with little to no access to produce, meat, and dairy. According to the Feeding America survey in 2018, 20% of the Little Rock area live in food insecurity. The need is great, the opportunity is tremendous. Our bus makes access to healthy foods a possibility for hundreds who need it. Some of the items our team was able to help with include:

– Loading the food at the Arkansas Food Bank
– Unloading the food at the Mosaic Church Warehouse
– Sorting and setup for boxing assembly
– Boxing the food
– Delivering the boxed food to a local Veterans Day Center
